Shipping Policy

Fancyold's creates its own delivery system that ensures your goods are shipped on time and safely. The goods are packed in a minimalist style but still keep the integrity of the goods. We use non-woven bags for the purpose of environmental protection. Regarding the shipping cost, we will calculate based on the weight of the goods and the geographical distance.

Return & Exchange Policy

After you have paid for the goods but want to cancel the order. You just need to choose the reason to cancel the order, then Fancyold's system will refund in 24h.
During shipping, if your order is lost or damaged on more than 2/3 of the product, Fancyold's will refund the cost to you, or Fancyold's team will prepare a new order for you.
